Argonauts Tree Service is looking for a temporary to full time Administration Assistant to join our busy team in Tuggerah, NSW! About the Role: As the temporary to full time Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth operation of our tree service business by managing office procedures and assisting the operations team.
You will handle client inquiries, manage job scheduling, and ensure that key administrative functions such as payroll and record-keeping are completed efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage client interactions.
Coordinate job scheduling, process quotations, and manage invoicing.
Maintain compliance with WHS policies and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
Assist with payroll processing and manage office supplies.
Keep the office clean, organized, and well-stocked.
What We're Looking For: Certificate III in Business Administration (BSB30120) or equivalent, highly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MYOB.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of WHS and payroll management.
