Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Salary: $33p/h + superannuation + salary sacrifice

About the role:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. They will provide administrative assistance to support The Way Back Support Service, focusing on data collection, reporting, responsive customer service, and business operations.
What will a typical day look like?
Provide administration support to the Clinical Coordinator, establishing relevant systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms to support service delivery. Assist with the development and maintenance of manuals, procedures, and instructions. Accurately update records for timely reporting. Record incoming referrals and other program data, including finding existing records or setting up new records on our client management system. Provide centre administration support as required. Support key data collection including TWBSS minimum data set. Assist the Clinical Coordinator to present data as required. Mandatory Requirements:
Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; or A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment. Who we are:
