Ability to work to demanding deadlines and to adapt and operate effectively in a dynamic business environment, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Well-developed verbal, written, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of, and ability to use, a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), TASS, with advanced word processing skills and an understanding of file sharing. Are you a team player who can… Communicate with parents through email, phone and in person to respond to a range of operational sport and activities questions, elevating questions that are unable to be answered. Print, copy and collate resources for sport and activities, music and outdoor education. Undertake desktop publishing and distribute promotional and operational information. Manage a range of co-curricular activities and groups using the TASS extra-curricular module. Coordinate lesson schedules and times for instrumental music tutors. Maintain asset registers, book facilities, liaise with TAS events staff where required. Post activity information onto Parent Lounge, Student Café and the TAS School App. Undertake various other administrative and co-curricular-related tasks as directed by the Head of Co-Curricular/Director of Outdoor Education, Head of Music and the Coordinator of Sport and Activities.
