We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the position of Administration Assistant.
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will enjoy, meeting and working with a diverse group of people who embrace a positive and safe work environment coupled with a role that will utilise and grow your personal soft skills.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable – manage supplier/vendor payments, reconcile accounts, ensure compliance with internal controls, and resolve supplier/vendor queriesEnsure transactions are allocated to correct GL codes and cost centres and ensure payments are made within agreed termsProvide general administrative & office support across a wide range of activities To be successful in this role, you will have: Availability to work full time Monday – FridayAccounts payable experience essential (Accounts receivable experience/exposure advantageous but is not essential)Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but is not essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlinesDemonstrated experience in a similar office support roleMinimum of intermediate Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential to provide a high standard of quality workWillingness to get things done and the interest to help coordinate a wide variety of office tasks and team needsHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
