About the role:  As an Administration Assistant, you will provide support to the Operations Manager in our Healthcare division across a number of key areas & projects which help support & enable success across our recruitment team, while also delivering amazing service to our clients & candidates.
Some areas & responsibilities within the role include:  Assisting to prepare documents, templates and reporting, both for internal & external use.
Supporting with the compliance of our agency workforce – auditing, verifying documents & supporting our dedicated compliance team.
Assist with system management & queries – user account issues, updating details on our rostering platform, updating database records etc.
Assist with uniform orders and creating name badges.
Plenty of varied ad hoc tasks & projects!
About You:  Experience working in an administration, operations or project role.
Previous experience in a recruitment agency is not essential, but it is highly regarded.
Confident working across a range of systems & platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally & with clients/candidates.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)  Knowledge of intermediate/advanced excel functions for use in reporting, would be highly regarded but is not essential.
