As our Administration Assistant, you will be a key part of our team, learning the ropes of professional administration while handling front-line responsibilities. You'll work closely with our supportive team and, over time, have the chance to take on more responsibilities, including the opportunity to work with senior management.

Your Role will Include: Supported by the Business Administration team, the Administration Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the accounting firm. This role is responsible for a broad range of secretarial, administrative, and client service duties that directly support both the administrative and professional teams.
Key tasks include managing reception, liaising with clients, and assisting with essential accounting support functions, contributing to a seamless experience for clients and efficient workflow for the team, including:
• Client Interaction: Be one of the friendly faces of Kinsella, answering calls, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
• Office Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, assist with meeting room scheduling, and help organise catering and events.
• Team Support: Work closely with team members and management to help with staff activities, meetings, and agendas.
• System and Database Management: Learn to update client information, support IT coordination, and help maintain our website.
• Facilities and General Office Assistance: Assist with building maintenance requests and ensure common areas stay organized.
• Executive Support: Gain experience by providing ad hoc support to management when needed.
