About the role: As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for booking appointments, medical typing, preparing clinics internal and off site (including Medicares), answering phones, assisting other team members when necessary, distributing letters, filing through digital medical records, and attending clinics to assist with administrative tasks. You will be supported with in-house training and buddying. About you: We are looking for a self-starter with a happy disposition and a 'can do' attitude. You will need to be able to work within a team but also autonomously. Attention to detail with a proactive mindset and an ability to think 'outside the box' is essential. You will also need to be an extraordinary communicator both written and verbally and demonstrate strong typing skills.
