We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support an on-site Commercial Property Manager with the running of the management office. In this key client facing role, you will be responsible for a variety of administration and reception tasks while building strong relationships with our tenants and landlord.
Key Responsibilities
General office duties - answering phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office utilities, supplies and tidinessRegistering visitors to the building such as contractors Accounts receivable – processing charges and invoicesAccounts payable - processing supplier invoices Co-ordination of tenant signageSwitch board responsibilities for some of the building's tenantsOverall co-ordination of the building's new in-going tenants Banking when requiredCoordinate and prepare reports for the Property ManagerSkills and Experience
Previous administration/customer service experience ideally within an office environmentExposure to the Real Estate Industry highly regardedStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh level of interpersonal skills including ability to liaise and manage relationships with the key internal and external stakeholdersHighly organisedExcellent attention to detailProficient in MS office suite.Full working rights in Australia.This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills, while handling a variety of tasks and being mentored by a Senior Property Manager.
