The Opportunity Our client is a prominent ASX-listed REIT and property group, recognised for owning, managing, and developing high-quality real estate assets, ranging from office to industrial and retail industries, across Australia.

An opportunity for an Administration Assistant has become available for an ambitious and detail-orientated individual who prides themselves on their impeccable stakeholder management and customer service approach, to work in a thriving and fast-moving environment.
Work 5 days/week in their Macquarie Park based office, which is easily accessible by public transport however, you will also have access to free onsite parking.
The Responsibility    The Administration Assistant will provide effective support to the Centre Administration team by providing timely collection of debtors, arrears and associated financial support.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Create and process invoices in a timely manner; Liaise with internal and external parties with a high level of customer service, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships; Manage areas of collection, minimising and controlling outstanding payments; Maintain company database, ensuring timely corrections and updates to accounts; Audit tenancy schedule against executed lease agreements; Assist with the process of monthly (recurring) billings; Maintain spreadsheets for document tracking and ensure all documents are filed accordingly.
The Expertise The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of administration/coordination experience in an office environment, with exposure within a property, shopping centre or retail environment highly advantageous and encouraged.
Relevant experience with management accounting systems (MRI, JDE or Yardi) is highly sought after, along with an intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite.
Our client requires someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills; comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management and customer retention skills; and the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
Articulation and presentation is key in this role, as is your ability to solve problems and make decisions.
