You carry out the main, general day-to-day administrative activities for a team of individuals whilst also supporting the administration manager as a backup resource.
A support role with minimal experience, the main responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Retail Manager with the administration, execution, and management of all tenancy files and documentation - Assisting the Retail Manager with the financial collection and reporting process - Fielding and routing of inbound calls to the team - Coordinating activities for team members such as travel, correspondences and other general administrative tasks A spirit of shared success Together, our efforts shape the success of our customers and communities for years to come.
