About the Role We are looking for an independent, motivated, friendly, and highly organised person to provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of our office.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant - Office Support to join our team at Allie's in Cranebrook, NSW. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week on a pro-rata basis.
The hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities Be the first line of defence for all incoming phone calls into the office.Provide ETAs for customer deliveries by liaising with our logistics providers and Allie's team members when requested.Handle all office administration duties, including preparing for tradeshows, ensuring snacks for the office, organising merchandise, and assisting with photography and social media content.Print marketing assets and assist in the execution of team projects.Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expenses.Make outgoing phone calls to new and existing customers to provide support and maintain relationships.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Maintain and organise office supplies and manage office inventory.Support daily office operations and contribute to the smooth running of the office.Assist with booking flights and accommodation for team members as required.Perform other administrative duties as required to support the operations team.What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is ideal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.A super friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with a customer-first mindset.What We Offer At Allie's, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment.
