Our Vacancy We are seeking an Administration and Accounts Manager to oversee critical systems that support the smooth functioning of the plant. This role involves managing accounting and contractor management systems, ensuring effective supplier interactions, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors.
Your primary duties will include:
Safety, Health, and Environment:
Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental regulations.Monitor site activities via CCTV, ensuring all visitors and contractors are properly inducted and logged.Report unauthorised access and act as an area warden during emergencies.Systems Management:
Lead administration of the RAPID global contractor system and manage the induction process.Oversee invoicing and payments in SAPHIR, including purchase orders and good receipting.Support the Maintenance Coordinator with data entry and documentation in the CMMS.Administration:
Serve as the first point of contact for the plant, welcoming guests and managing phone inquiries.Maintain organisation and efficiency in the office, including housekeeping in shared spaces.Assist the leadership team with general administrative tasks and manage conference room bookings.Efficiently coordinate and manage staff training programs, ensuring all team members receive necessary training and resources to enhance their skills and improve overall workplace performance.Financial Management:
Process accounts payable and support timely invoicing.Assist the Plant Manager in preparing monthly reports.Client Relations:
Provide support during meetings and site visits to ensure a positive experience for all guests.Contractor/Supplier Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of contractor information, including licenses and insurance.Quality Management Systems:
