This will be an immediate start role until the end of June 2025, with the possibility of extension.The RoleThe Administration and Payments Support Officer plays a crucial role in the Grants Operations team, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the efficient processing of payments related to cultural funding programs.The role involves (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:Assist with preparing and processing grant applications and related documentation in a timely manner.Maintain organised records of grant applications, approvals, and payments.Coordinate and provide timely, specialist technical support to system users, to improve service delivery and outcomes.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding funding programs.Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for grant-related discussions.
