What does the job look like? Linfox's Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Administration and Compliance Coordinator to join our team located in Mackay QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading PODs, and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Start times can be flexible and subject to change depending on availability. Key areas include:
Processing driver run sheets/invoices and subcontractor payments.Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance.Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams on a daily basis.Are you the one?
