Administration / Accounts Receivable Team MemberGubbins Pulbrook Mitre 10 is a locally owned and operated family business, employing locals and supporting our community.Our Head Office located at Moss Vale is looking for an administrative team member with a focus on accounts receivable. This role is full time.We are looking for someone with the following attributes:Great communication and organisational skillsPro-active, initiative driven thinker willing to address problems and help identify solutionsAccounts Receivable experienceStock control knowledgeHigh attention to detail and advanced dispute resolution skillsA team player who is also able to work autonomously when requiredAbility to adhere to company policy and proceduresResponsibilities include:Meeting deadlines and completing key tasks in a high pressure environmentProcessing debtor receipts and payments/adjustment note allocationsEnsuring account payments are received and allocated in a timely mannerStatement generation at end of monthProviding the Administration Manager with accurate reporting on debtor accountsProcessing account applicationsListing bad debtors and pursuing through legal channelsBank reconciliationsLiaising with and supporting multiple sites to ensure accurate debtor account data
