Administration & Accounts Manager – Core24 FrankstonVictoria, AustraliaFrankston & Mornington Peninsula's Leading Health and Fitness Clubs are looking for an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper/Office Accounts Manager to join our administration team at our Head Office in Frankston.This is an ideal role for a candidate living in or around the City of Frankston or Mornington Peninsula.Skills Required:Accounts Receivable and PayablePayroll (employees and contractors) and all associated dutiesPreparation of BAS, GST and PAYGGL / EOM and bank ReconciliationsPreparation of profit and loss and balance sheet reportsGeneral office administration functionsLiaison with external company accountantYou must have the following:Considerable experience in a bookkeeping roleThorough understanding of multi-entity transaction processing and reportingStrong organisation skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills including MS Office - Word and ExcelHighly motivatedIf you are seeking a role with a recognised and reputable local business that continues to expand, and you meet the above criteria, then now is the time to act!To apply:Please send your cover letter and resume via the link below.
