Addl. General Manager (Production) - Telangana

We are looking for an experienced Addl. General Manager (Production) to lead our operations in Telangana. This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering or chemistry, with significant experience in cement production, maintenance, and project management. The successful candidate will oversee the plants production processes, manage maintenance activities, and ensure the effective execution of cement projects. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Project Planning & Execution: Lead and coordinate project planning and implementation for cement plant projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor production and maintenance teams to achieve performance targets and improve operational effectiveness. Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations. Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry. Experience: Extensive experience in the maintenance, operation, and production within a cement plant. Proven track record in project planning, implementation, and coordination related to cement projects. For M.Sc. (Chemistry) candidates, an additional 1 year of post-qualification experience beyond the minimum required is necessary. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of cement production processes and chemical engineering principles. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
