Acquisitions Manager

Job Title: Acquisitions Professional Our client is a highly successful, expanding developer focused on land, undertaking a significant growth strategy in SEQ and hence requires an experienced Acquisitions professional to source new projects.
Responsibilities:
Identifying new sites
Negotiating with vendors
Undertaking due diligence
Recommending proposals to Executive Management
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable experience in acquiring land projects in the SEQ region
In-depth knowledge of the market
Very strong relationships
A proactive, commercial approach
Background in a developer would be advantageous, but a history of successful deal-doing in an Agency or valuation environment would also be considered. Projects would typically be from 100 lots upwards.
