As they continue to grow, they are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team

Key Responsibilities

Process weekly EFT payments, including vendor and employee expenses Verify and match invoices with Purchase Orders (POs) and goods receipts. Enter and manage high volumes of invoices Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payment policies. Resolve payment and invoice-related queries Maintain supplier records and prepare weekly remittance advice. Reconcile accounts with supplier statements and assist with urgent payments. Skills and Experience Significant experience in accounts payable with strong invoice processing skills. Solid understanding of financial practices Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
