We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated full-time Accounts Officer.
This position reports to the Financial Controller and is responsible for:
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.Processing monthly membership fees.Responding to member account enquiries.Processing weekly payroll and associated general ledger journals.Preparing account reconciliations.Supporting the receptionist in responding to over the counter enquiries, answering telephones, processing payments and sale of merchandise.General administration duties including filing, office maintenance, stationery orders, kitchen replenishments.Preparing meeting agendas and meeting minutes.Complying with OHS requirements and sit on the OHS Committee.Supporting the Membership Manager from time to time.Adhoc duties as required from time to time.The Successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a similar financial and administrative role.Professional attitude.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Excellent telephone manner.Solid verbal and written communications skills.High level of problem-solving skills.High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.High level of relationship management skills.RPYC Benefits:
