We are seeking highly experienced Accounts Manager/Contract Administrator with sound commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail and more than five years' experience in accounts.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual activities of the project to minimise commercial risks and maximise opportunities.

Main duties for Accounts Manager/Contract Administrator: Raising purchase orders, invoice processing, accounts payable & accounts receivable function. End of month support including preparation and review of project reports including Work in progress (WIP) reports to support the finance function. Manage various workflows of the office, oversee for compliance and implement/test for improvements. Working with the finance team, supervising and coaching as required. Provide support to the project teams when required in areas of contract administration (CHEOPS) along with project start-up and close out phases. Work with the procurement team to prepare/document specific company details when preparing expressions of interest for future projects. Provide tender support to the Estimator and Managing Director. Follow up and record signed subcontractor contracts in CHEOPS. Attend project start up meeting and close out meetings. Recording project details in CHEOPS such as contract sum, start and finish dates and value of bank guarantees. Review progress claim template issued by the Contract Manger (CM) and check for accuracy. Workflow review and approvals during the project construction phase as well as checking accuracy of system inputs including project internal and client variations. End of month project forecast and expense review. Project Manager (PM) support in progress claim preparation and send out.
