Job Description Duties and tasks of the Accounts Assistant:
Collating invoices from multisite locationsProcessing invoices, nominal coding and match to delivery notesReconciliation of supplier statementsProcess sales ledger journals for paymentsReconcile invoices to different departmentsMonitor cash transactions and reconcile to the bankProcess and track expensesPreparation and processing of payment runsHandling supplier queries and resolvingRunning reportsProcess utility billsCash, credit card and direct debit reconciliationsSupport with month end dutiesThe Successful Applicant As the successful Accounts Assistant you will have:
Understanding of debits and creditsSales ledger and purchase ledger experienceFamiliar with Sage 200/ Sage 50What's on Offer What they offer:
