With a vastly expanding footprint, we are looking for future leaders who are looking for career development and growth.About The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Team Assistant/Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
The role will be responsible for providing administrative support and general assistance to all consultants based in Sydney on a daily basis including our Managing Director.
In addition, you will be liaising directly with our Head Office in the UK to ensure that all requirements are met across the business.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited Too Administering weekly Astute Payroll calculating and entering dataDirectly supporting administrative processes for the Managing Director and assisting in project-based tasksProcessing accounts payable and receivable of, bills and ad hoc payments on a weekly basisWord Processing – Formatting, Creating and Updating documentsGeneral Administrative support within a team environmentGeneral Office Management (Stationary, Office Tidiness, Office Maintenance Management)On Boarding assistance in conjunction with consultantsAd-Hoc Projects where requiredMonthly Expense ReconciliationAbout you:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative roleHigh Attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCompetent use of Microsoft Office Suite The ability to formulate and administer Excel spreadsheets will be highly desiredAbility to work autonomously and within a Team EnvironmentAbility to multitask and prioritizePlease contact Conor on or alternatively send an email to to express your interest.
