Wallace Design Group is an Established Design Consulting Firm specialising in Plumbing (Hydraulic), Fire, Waste & Water Infrastructure and Civil Design.
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be an essential support to the Infrastructure Design Team and are responsible for a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to client and contractor liaison and invoicing.
As the successful applicant you will have: Proven prior experience in administration and accountsAdvanced levels of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and oral communication skillsWillingness to work as part of a dynamic team, with impeccable attention to detail, time management skills and a high level of self-motivationPrior construction/engineering administrative knowledge is desirable but not essentialKey Responsibilities include: Tender Schedules – Submission dates, preparation, updates and follow upsProject Schedules – Submission dates, preparation, updates and follow upsProject data file information preparation and maintenanceProject Specification preparation in conjunction with designersApplication submissions to relevant government authoritiesWeekly meeting preparation/minutesIncoming call managementOffice systems and processesAccounts Responsibilities: Assistance with Time sheet processingAssistance with Invoice Processing
