This leading Queensland-founded and based company is seeking an experienced Accounting & Administration Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will be based in their Strathpine offices, which are located on the northside of Brisbane and offers onsite car parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following:
Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableReconciling bank and creditor accountsPreparing and processing payrollPayroll tax and superannuationPreparation and lodgement of BASProviding administration support, including answering the phoneHandling any queries via phone and emailWhat you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
Experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll and BookkeepingAbility to work in a busy, varied positionHighly organised with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer serviceWhat you'll get in return
