About the business
HTL Advisers is a boutique-chartered accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. Due to continuous sustained growth, we are looking to grow organically by investing in talented and dedicated candidates. About the role
This role is ideal for an accountant with a business services background. Duties will include:

Advising new clients with business structure
Providing advice to clients regarding the tax issue, structure and planning
Preparation and lodgement of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, SMSF and other complex entities.
Preparation and lodgment of business activity statements, FBT returns, payroll tax and etc
Preparing financial statements for company, trust and SMSF
Research and provide technical advice on complex matter
Actively managing client's tax matters and provide ad hoc advice to clients regarding range of areas incl accounting compliance, business financial status, and tax.
Liaising with clients to assess needs and to advise on other services.
Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies.
Supervising junior team members
Working directly with partners

Skills and experience
Ideally, you will:

Have at least 2+years experience within a chartered accounting firm.
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have the rights to work in Australia
Be ambitious, wanting to develop your skills and to progress your career.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
