The diversified portfolio is strategically curated to deliver the best performance, with investments ranging from office, industrial and hotels to unique heritage assets and more.Key BenefitsJoin a leading specialist property investorWork on a diversified portfolio of high-performing real estate opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a supportive and inclusive environmentYour Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs an Accountant, your role will be:Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts including entry of property management trial balances and reconciliation of balance sheet accountsPreparation of business activity statements for fundsAssist with year-end audit process for all funds and corporate entitiesAssist the team with preparation of IFRS financial reports and cashflow statementsAssist with debt facility complianceYour Profile and ExperienceThe ideal candidate for this Accountant position will bring background in accounting along with relevant qualifications (CPA/CA). You will have gained a few years' experience in a similar role where you have honed your skills in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit processes. Experience within asset management, real estate or property sectors would be highly regarded but is not essential.
