Job Description We are looking for a qualified Account to support our operations by managing all accounting transactions and financial reporting. 
As an Accountant at APHC, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Support senior management in designing internal policies and procedures to support accounting and budgetary functionsPrepare and present financial statements in time.Carry out financial reviews and audits, identify risks, and prepare comprehensive reports and financial strategies.Monitor and analyse income, expenses, and costs providing advice to support budgeting and operational efficiency.Checking and rectifying inaccuracies in financial reports to ensure compliance with all Australian financial requirements and regulationsPrepare budget forecasts and provide financial advicePrepare and submit monthly and annual tax returnsManage all accounting transactions and liaison with external account Set up and maintain accounting systems for accurate and efficient financial tracking and reporting.Implement and monitor internal policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity of accounting systemsReconcile accounts payable and receivable. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fieldAt minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detailExcellent analytical and organisational skillsProficiency in accounting software
