They specialise in energy-efficient, high-performance products tailored for hot and cold climates. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to support their expanding operations.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for interpreting construction plans, creating accurate and detailed project quotes, and setting up orders in their specialist software.
This role also involves supporting Sales and collaborating with builders, owner builders, and architects to provide essential technical information and project updates, ensuring a seamless experience from quote preparation to project fulfillment.
This position would suit someone with a background in Construction Administration and Project Coordination who is looking to take the next step in their career, utilising their skills in project coordination, data management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities: Quote Preparation & Order Management: Analyse construction plans and specifications to prepare precise project quotes. Enter and manage quote data in our clients specialised quoting software, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. Set up and track orders within their system, ensuring each project is prepared for timely fulfillment. Client & Builder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, providing technical information, addressing inquiries, and offering project updates as required. Work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from quote to order fulfillment. Data Management & Documentation: Keep detailed and organized records of project quotes, ensuring all information is reflected and updated in the CRM system for future reference. Maintain accurate documentation for each project, providing timely and comprehensive updates to internal and external stakeholders. Key Requirements: Experience in Account Management / Construction Administration / Project Coordinator role within the Construction industry. Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans. Proficient with construction or estimating software and comfortable managing data in digital systems. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, builders, and internal teams. Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills for managing multiple projects and tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with windows, doors, or/and uPVC products, glazing, or double glazing is advantageous but not essential.
