Apply now!Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team, focused on managing and growing relationship with our client. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with the highest level of service. You will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of our skilled trades division.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Client. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and demonstrate how our services can meet those needs.
Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor activity to provide clients with insightful advice and maintain a competitive edge.
Trades Management: Coordinate with skilled tradespeople, ensuring they are matched with projects that suit their expertise and availability.
Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
About You: Proven experience in account management, preferably within the skilled trades, construction.
Strong understanding of the skilled trades sector and the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
