This rare opportunity now exists for an experienced, dynamic, energetic and astute Sales Manager with an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional leadership with a history of achieving exceptional sales results and providing amazing customer service.
The chosen applicant will manage our experienced new Kia Retail and Fleet Sales teams. You must work diligently to continue to grow this amazing brand with the imminent introduction of a range of exciting new models about to be released, including the highly anticipated new Kia Tasman Ute range.
The successful candidate will need to provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and to be able to lead, train, coach and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
You will need to meet or exceed sales and profit targets and assist in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of your sales team performance's using our sophisticated CRM system. You must be able to follow the Companies systems, processes, budgets and engage with all key areas of the business.
It is essential you have high levels of integrity, organisational and delegation skills, must be proactive and be able to operate with autonomy.
Your IT skills will need to include an intimate knowledge of social media, autogate and include a good understanding of consumer-driven online sales opportunities and marketing using these platforms.
We have recently opened a new $5 million dollar state of the art service facility to further support our valued customers at Heath St, Lonsdale.

Previous Automotive Industry experience will be mandatory.
Salary commensurate with proven ability range $150k- $175k including a fully maintained company vehicle.
