Job Description Identifying new business opportunities with cold calling, conferences, networking events, etc.Responding to inquiries relating to lending from calls, messages, emails, and other channels.Scheduling appointments to fit the needs of the brokers whether in company premises or at a mutually convenient location.Developing new loan business by continuously marketing to former satisfied brokers, real estate agents, home builders, attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and other potential referral sources.Representing the company in local business and community organizations and events to develop additional business.Developing and maintaining current competitive market information and keeping informed of trends and developments in the local market.Designing own sales plan to ensure the successful delivery of monthly cases target set by management team.Communicating with brokers and other parties appropriately, maintaining strict confidentiality of critical company information and customer information.Working with customer care team to collect clients feedback on a regular basis.Selection Criteria: Ability to communicate (verbally and in written) in both English and Mandarin.Finance or sales background, preferably with experience in the mortgage industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
