Ventia's Accommodation Administrator assists with accommodation and reception services at the Anglo American Mine Site Camp based in Moranbah.
This is a fixed term role until November 30, with an annual salary of $86,273.16 plus superannuation, annual leave, and sick leave, with meals and accommodation provided while on site.
The roster for the role is 14 days on, 7 days off with 10-hour days, on a drive-in, drive-out basis.
Responsibilities
High volume accommodation check-ins.
Receptionist duties where customers are addressed in a polite, courteous, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data entry work that is compliant with contractual processes, procedures, and standards.
Demonstrate consistency in work, be reliable, dependable, and punctual, and follow instructions.
Demonstrate an ability to work well within a team environment and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed.
Ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace environment by reporting any health and safety hazards.
Experiences & Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Hotel reception, prior mining village accommodation, or front desk experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Experience within a similar role.
