Ventia's Accommodation Administrator assists with accommodation and reception services at the Anglo American Mine Site Camp based in Middlemount.
The full-time permanent salary is $86,273.16 plus superannuation, annual leave and sick leave with meals and accommodation provided while on site.
The roster for the role is 14 days on, 7 day off with 10hour days, on a drive in, drive out basis.
Responsibilities High volume accommodation check-ins Receptionist duties where customers are addressed in a polite, courteous and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data entry work that is compliant with contractual processes, procedures and standards Demonstrate consistency in work, be reliable, dependable, and punctual and follow instructions Demonstrate an ability to work well within a team environment and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed.
