Overview
Join our team as a dedicated Aboriginal Primary Health Care Manager! We're looking for someone to lead and coordinate client care within our Aboriginal Health Team Northern. This vital role involves managing and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality primary health care services and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional primary health care services.
Oversee and coordinate programs, ensuring performance and addressing practice inconsistencies.
Provide holistic care to the Aboriginal community through the Tarpari Wellbeing Centre and Indigenous Australians Health Program.
Essential Criteria:
Registered or eligible as a Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with a current practicing certificate.
Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including management and leadership roles.
Experience in community development, project work, and applying Primary Health Care principles.

Up to $13,000 reimbursement for relocation costs (e.g. for travel, removalists).

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC).
DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check.
National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients).
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A.
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
