As Manager, People & Culture you will oversee the daily operations of the people and culture function, ensuring that policies, procedures, and programs align with the organisation's mission and comply with relevant legislation.
You will lead people and culture initiatives, workforce planning, and change management strategies, providing expert human resources advice to support a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
This role reports to the Director, Performance & People and has up to 3 direct reports.
Key responsibilities of this role: Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with the organisation's vision and legislative framework, including development of a strategic roadmap to uplift organisational capability and culture.
Lead people and culture policy development, embedding a culture of human rights and inclusivity within the organisation, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equality, and psychological safety.
Provide clear, authoritative, timely and accurate advice on a range of people and culture matters.
Design performance management systems that drive employee engagement and professional growth.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains, and develops high-quality staff.
Deliver meaningful people and culture reporting and content to a range of audiences.
Provide expert advice on workplace relations and industrial relations issues, supporting managers in resolving employment relations challenges and fostering a fair, inclusive work environment.
