About the role
Our client is seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the function Manager and their team to define, design, and deliver organisational development initiatives that support strategic priorities. They will engage with various stakeholders, providing expert advice to senior managers to embed initiatives within the complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of organisational capability projects, policies, and strategies related to workforce planning, talent management, and culture;Prepare and coordinate project plans using appropriate project management methodologies to achieve timely and effective outcomes;Provide high-quality reports, submissions, and briefings for senior management;Promote workforce improvement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, capability building, and performance;Identify and present innovative process improvements to ensure continuous organisational capability enhancement; andBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective negotiation and consultation.About you
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:
A strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development, and performance frameworks within a large, complex organisation;Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively;Strong facilitation and consultation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels;The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment while delivering quality outcomes under tight deadlines;Thinks critically and aligns actions with the broader organisational purpose;Gathers insights and embraces new ideas to inform future practices;Embraces change and leads with focus and optimism amidst complexity and ambiguity; andBuilds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focussed outcomes.How to Apply
