AO7 Workforce Capability Lead | Organisational Design - Drafting Strategies | Bris CBD | 6 Month Contract (w/ possible extension) We are seeking a talented leader in the Workforce and Client Experience Division to shape the future of our organisation. This role is key to developing and implementing workforce strategies that align with our vision of excellence in client service. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with the Manager, Client & Employee Experience to drive initiatives that enhance our workforce's capability, resilience, and collaboration.
You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice and ensuring our strategies are effectively integrated across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of organisational capability projects related to workforce planning and talent management. Develop project plans using effective methodologies to achieve timely and impactful outcomes. Prepare high-quality reports and briefings for senior management. Promote workforce improvement activities to enhance employee engagement and performance. Foster strong stakeholder relationships to maintain collaboration and support for initiatives.
