As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will deliver professional recruitment support services to hiring managers from role description through to appointment.
You will provide expert consultancy on talent acquisition and recruitment, supporting the organisation's mission to strengthen awareness and eliminate unlawful discrimination.
This role reports to the Manager, People & Culture and has no direct reports.
The key responsibilities for this role: Deliver end to end recruitment support and advice to hiring managers with a focus on the right people in the right roles, including role description drafting, interview scheduling, scribing and comparative statements drafting.
Utilise project management methodologies to effectively manage recruitment timelines and deliverables, providing meaningful reporting and regular updates to hiring managers and executives on recruitment progress and pipelines.
Provide well-informed, contemporary human resources advice and support to hiring managers on talent acquisition, serving as a subject matter expert in recruitment strategies and best practices.
Contribute to the development of contemporary people and culture practices and initiatives, promoting innovation in the approach to talent acquisition and workforce management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement people and culture programs and initiatives.
Undertake ad hoc duties as requested.
