Leveraging your clinical knowledge and experience, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of nursing and multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring that continuity and quality of care are at the forefront of all activities. About You We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. You will excel in this role if you have:
Registered Nurse/Midwife: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a valid practising certificate.Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability in communication, problem-solving, and fostering staff development within a multidisciplinary team.Clinical Experience: At least 3 years of post-registration experience in nursing or midwifery, with a focus on management and supervision of less experienced staff.Knowledgeable in Standards: Understanding of relevant legislation, safety standards, and contemporary healthcare issues to drive quality improvements.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
