360 GO 360GO runs for a full calendar year and has been designed in consultationwith clinical and educational experts, alongside valuable insightsfrom previous Graduates. Our aim is to provide you with a nurturing,encouraging, and highly personalised journey. Here's a glimpse of whatyour Graduate year looks like at National 360:
Week 1 - Simulated Practice: Our SimulatedPractice sessions provide a safe and controlled environmentto practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable withreal-life scenarios before your first client session. Week 1allows you to experiment, make mistakes, and learn fromthem.
Weeks 2-12 – Experiential Discovery: The bestway to master the art of therapy is through experientialdiscovery – a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you inreal-life situations. Weeks 2-12 are all about connecting newinformation to existing knowledge, with everyday applicationsto enhance the learning process.
Weeks 13-26 – Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinicalexpertise by strengthening your theoretical foundationthrough engaging in immersive and interactiveworkshops facilitated by Speech Pathology subjectmatter experts.
Weeks 27-52 – Individualised Development: A custom programwill be designed with you so you can follow your preferredroadmap to excellence. Specialise in Paediatrics, AdultNeuro, Dysphagia or Complex Communication, dive intoour L&D Programs for leadership roles or maintain adiverse caseload. We'll be with you each step along theway. Supervision & Support Weare well known for providing the most comprehensive supervision &support in the industry, complemented by ancillary learningopportunities to coach and develop the best Allied Healthprofessionals in Australia. The support you receive as a 360 Graduate includes:
Observational sessions – before you take on your firstclient, you will have the opportunity to observe theend-to-end client process through observing experiencedtherapists within your local team.
Joint appointments – your initial client sessions willbe completed with your Clinical Supervisor, who willprovide you with real-time support and feedback torefine your approach.
Self-directed learning – our online library has beendeveloped over many years by our ClinicalPractice Advisors and Clinical Leads, coveringevery topic you can think of! Your ClinicalSupervisor and Team Leader will guide you on thebest learnings relevant to your interests,skills, experience level and caseload.
2 hours of weekly Clinical Supervision – meet with yoursupervisor 1:1 each week to discuss your caseload, attendgroup supervision to engage in peer learning, andreceive behind-the-scenes support to review yourreports & therapy plans.
Weekly Team Leader Support – meet with your Team Leader1:1 to support your understanding oforganisational procedures, set achievable goals towork towards, and discuss your wellbeing andwork/life balance.
Unlimited mentoring – our Clinical Practice Advisors hostover a dozen mentoring sessions each week. CPAs sharetheir knowledge through educational presentations, Q&Asessions, and providing 1:1 clinical consultations forthe national team.
