Customer Support Advisor – Sydney Australia -– (Job Ref: 24I/ VISO)Randox Laboratories currently has 2 vacancies for a target driven individual in the position of a Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic and growing Customer Support Team. This is an office-based position covering Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. As a Customer Support Advisor, you would contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining effective advice to increase sales and customer satisfaction.The role:Responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer support and after sales service to customers across Australia.Supporting the sales and technical support team by answering customer enquiries including product and order queries.Assisting with registration and enrolment for Randox QAP scheme (RIQAS) and supporting regional customers with regular phone calls and emails to ensure satisfaction with Randox products and to ensure awareness of new products available which may be of interest (telesales).Contacting new and existing customers to bring in new business and upsell, generating new sales leads for the wider sales team (telesales).Completion of daily and weekly reporting.Maintaining a sound working knowledge of the specific products chosen to sell and support.Essential:Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science or business-related discipline.Experience working in customer service.High degree of self-motivation.Ability to communicate complex information in an easily understood way.Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Your Profile:Sales or Telesales experience.Previous experience with CRM, email marketing software, and website CMS.Scientific background or work experience in a science-related industry will be highly regarded.About Randox:An international company operating in over 145 countries that continues to have unparalleled growth, Randox Laboratories has been the heartbeat of the UK's National COVID Testing Programme throughout the pandemic.
