We are urgently seeking skilled Factory Labourers / Diemen to join a market-leading aluminum extrusion business.

Duties Include: Safely handling, storing, and moving dies used in the extrusion process.Maintaining and setting dies, including removing them from presses and preparing them for cleaning, inspection, and corrections.Operating electric pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists to load dies from loader tables to cradles for die ovens.Completing QA checks for caustic acid baths and tanks.This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly reputable market leader: Start as a temporary labour hire, with potential for permanent opportunities based on performance.Rotating shifts: Weekly rotation between day, afternoon and night shifts (availability is needed for all shifts to meet business needs).Casual hourly rates starting from $30.50 (day) and up to $35.07 (night), with penalty rates and overtime for hours exceeding 38 per week.Ongoing training and support to ensure safety compliance and skill development.To Be Considered for This Work, You Will Need: Previous labouring experience.Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance.Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely.Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided).Appropriate work wear including steel cap boots, long pants and yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts.Availability to commence asap at Loganlea.If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact Russell (during business hours) on 3812 2920 / 0493 258612 or email ******.
