Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers. Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions. Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry. Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support. Skills/Must have:
