Job DescriptionFulfill client appointments in a timely mannerAssess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costsRead blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimatesCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracyAct as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimatesPresent estimates to clients in a timely and polite mannerRecommend cost-reduction optionsAssist sales team in final project preparation transactionsMaintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentationSubmittals / Government documentationCompany DescriptionWe are a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) in NYS, primarily working on government projects in all of NY.
