About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a project all-rounder who thrives on autonomy, proactive thinking, and solving challenges.
If you're a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for streamlining processes, then this role is for you.
You'll work closely with two of our highly respected General Managers, supporting a range of administrative and project-related tasks while contributing to the evolution of our growing team!
This role will be based out of our Collins Street office in the Melbourne CBD, with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities Include
Coordinating 2 x General Managers across different portfolios as well as supporting Project Teams with all required activities and tasks.
Support project cost management and all other required SAP functions.
Attend regular team meetings and ensure minutes and actions are taken and communicated to the team.
Document management.
Coordination of business unit events.
Procurement activities (raising PRs and processing invoices, etc.).
Draft general communications for the business units, as well as reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Lead initiatives from the General Managers to support the business unit.
About You
Your experience in project administration and proficiency in Microsoft packages will set you up for success, but we're also keen to see your ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and bring fresh ideas to the table, as well as the following attributes:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing and dynamic business environment.
Report writing experience or exposure.
