Children and young people may come with high to complex needs, and selectability aspires to promote consistent and stable teams to support the recovery of our young people.
About You To be successful you must:? possess clear and effective communication skills? demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management? be able to always follow policies and procedures? be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals flexible to work across a 24/7 roster Role Requirements must have a minimum of Cert IV qualification recognised under the child safety minimum qualification standards, (or be willing to actively study) possess the certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (ability to obtain) a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver's licence? a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicle first Aid and CPR certificates (ability to obtain) a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' About the offer & Benefits We offer a range of benefits including: casual hourly rate of $46.69 + super up to $15,900 FBT salary packaging benefits 50% discounted training via our RTO flexible working arrangements career pathways and opportunities for development employee assistance program How to Apply If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your skills and experience and why you are the best person for this role.
