Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Position Summary:
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide strategic support to our Chief Financial Officer and other executives. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, contact management, meeting minutes, and various projects. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player who can manage several tasks independently while partnering with executives to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CFO's calendar, focusing on productivity and stakeholder needs. Arrange travel plans and coordinate high-profile events for CFO and other executives. Screen and prioritize communications, managing access to the CFO. Communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders for smooth collaboration. Assist in the development of support materials for meetings and conferences. Prepare and submit expense reports and manage purchase requisitions. Design and implement office policies and procedures as needed. Analyze and monitor internal processes and suggest improvements. Partner with Human Resources on various employee experience projects. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested. Qualifications:
7-10 years of EA experience; 3+ years supporting C-Level Executives preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in calendar management and heavy travel coordination. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom, and Slack. Excellent at prioritizing and executing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proven expertise in written and verbal communication. Pro-active self-starter able to work independently and effectively problem-solve. Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. High level of maturity and ability to exercise good judgement and discretion. Able to remain organized in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Biotech experience preferred. Vera Therapeutics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
