About the roleThe Youth Reception/Administration Officer role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Youth team, working across our Drysdale Youth services and headspace Ocean Grove sites.
Providing reception and administrative support to all team members of BCH Youth services and headspace Ocean Grove satellite site, the role's purpose is to facilitate a high level of care for young people.
This role will provide professional and confidential administration services to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning.
The role is essential to ensuring the youth service is perceived by young people as accessible, youth friendly and welcoming.
Also providing reception support to various clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of services, this role is generally the first point of contact with the public and will work collaboratively with all staff in a fast-paced environment.
