The Opportunity: This is an exciting role in which you would be responsible for supporting young people to successfully transition from care to independence by assisting them to create and maintain a safe, secure home-like environment and develop their independent living skills across Junction Australia's life domains.
The Youth Development Coach position is a valued asset and would be responsible for supporting young persons to achieve the objectives of the program which are to:
Work with young persons to develop and identify independent living skills Role model and assist clients to develop social and living skills and enable them to thrive Engage and support them in practical activities to ensure they independently plan budgets, meals, etc. Our Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a highly passionate professional who:
